Our Firm

We are a venture capital and private equity firm in Trinidad and Tobago.  We operate as a "classical" VC/PE firm, acting as a fund and investment manager for VC and PE funds in which our investors participate.

Our Team

Dynamic Equity Limited is currently formed by the following team of people.

• Brent Ford as Director
• Len Hackshaw as Director
• Ravi Tewari as Director
• Jelle Sjoerdsma as Managing Director
• Molly Maraj as Executive Director and General Manager

All of our directors and employees also own shares or have options to acquire shares of Dynamic Equity Ltd, except for Brent and Ravi. They have been appointed on behalf of Guardian Holdings Ltd., which is also one of our shareholders.  

Available Positions

We are permanently interested in people that can join management teams of companies that we invest in.  We typically may be able to find positions for general managers, finance managers, logistics managers, operations managers, and marketing managers.  Right now we are specifically recruiting management consultants on behalf of two of our portfolio companies. Regulatory Aspects

Dynamic Equity Limited is registered as an "Investment Adviser" under the Securities Industry Act, 1995 of Trinidad and Tobago.  Our funds is registered with the T&T Securities and Exchange Commission as a "Reporting Issuer".  We currently do not operate any funds that are registered under the Venture Capital Act, 1994 of Trinidad & Tobago.  This means we are not subject to the restrictions and requirements of that Act.  We may establish funds under the Venture Capital Act in the future, if we find increased investor demand under that regime.
