Kristine is Group Vice-President - Business Development at Guardian Holdings Limited.  Prior to joining Guardian, she was a Consultant and Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group, one of the top strategy consulting firms in the world.  Kristine worked out of the Toronto, Buenos Aires, Melbourne and New York offices of BCG.  She has advised Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries including travel, consumer goods, financial services, and manufacturing.  She has been responsible for assignments in the areas of strategy, mergers and acquisitions, organizational efficiency and e-commerce. 

Kristine holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen's University in Canada, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
