Molly joined us in July 2004 on contract and functions as our General Manager.  Molly has had a varied career with wide ranging experiences.  She started work in 1980 at Royal Bank.  She left 3 years later to study in the USA.  After completing her degree she returned to Trinidad and joined the Management training program with Bank of Commerce.  She was soon appointed as Private Banking Manager and went on to set up the bank’s Private Banking Center in Chaguanas.  She then moved to the manufacturing industry by becoming Administrative Manager at Harricrete Ltd.  A further move gave her experience with a multinational corporation when she joined 3M Interamerica as their first Business Finance Analyst.  In 2000 Molly went into business as an entrepreneur herself by acquiring and running a TCBY Treats sub-franchise in Valsayn.  She sold this in 2003 and, before joining our firm, was working as a freelance consultant.  Molly has a BSc degree in Business Economics from Wheaton College in Illinois, USA. She has also attained a diploma in management accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and is currently pursuing full certification. At the same time Molly is studying for an MBA degree from Heriot-Watt University.
